Acceptable Use Policy

Use MPBusinessOS only for lawful business purposes and only with information you are authorized to process.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, deceptive billing, money laundering, unlawful financial activity, or evasion of provider rules.
• Unauthorized access, credential sharing outside approved users, security testing without written permission, malware, scraping, or disruption.
• Uploading illegal, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, or malicious content.
• Collecting sensitive information without appropriate notice, consent, and legal authority.
• Using AI output to make unreviewed high-impact employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal, or financial decisions.
• Impersonation, spam, or sending invoices and messages without a legitimate business relationship.

Enforcement

We may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the platform, comply with law, or address violations. We may preserve relevant records as required.
