Current enrollment status

Paid NexusAI subscription enrollment is not currently offered on the site. Creating an account or workspace does not start a paid subscription or collect a payment method.

Canceling

If paid subscriptions are introduced later, cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Canceling a future subscription will not by itself delete stored workspace history.

Refunds

There are no site-based NexusAI subscription purchases to refund while paid enrollment remains unavailable. Any future billing error will be reviewed under the terms shown before purchase and applicable law.

Billing help

Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the support contact published by MPBusiness. Include the business name and charge date, but never send full card or bank credentials.
