Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern use of NexusAI, a software product operated by MPBusiness. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite and the access they grant.

Service availability

Account creation and workspace access are currently available without a public paid-subscription enrollment flow. If subscription enrollment is introduced later, the applicable prices and billing terms will be presented before purchase and may change prospectively with appropriate notice.

Access and account security

Keep credentials and recovery information confidential. Workspace owners control role assignments and team access. Team members may access only features authorized for their account and role. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Payments and connected providers

Paid NexusAI subscription enrollment is not currently offered on the site. Businesses may connect third-party providers for their own customer payments. NexusAI and MPBusiness do not hold or disburse those customer funds; the connected provider’s terms apply.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted outputs may help analyze reporting data, explain variances, or suggest improvements, but they can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before acting. You remain responsible for business, employment, tax, financial, and legal decisions.
